PRO Cirkular

PRO Cirkular project helps the municipalities of Tešanj, Žepče and Teslić move towards a circular economy, starting with better waste management.

We work closely with municipalities leadership and local partners to build the knowledge, systems and infrastructure needed to make that change happen.

Through training, public awareness and practical implementation, we help communities see waste differently. Not simply as a burden to get rid of, but as a valuable resource.

Most importantly, the project is designed to leave behind local expertise and sustainable systems that continue working long after the project ends.

Rags to Riches (R2R)

Rags to Riches explores how industrial waste can become a resource for new products, ideas and opportunities.

The project works with textile and wood SMEs to better understand and track the materials they currently discard. A simple digital tool helps businesses monitor these material flows and generate basic ESG reports. But technology is only part of the solution.

Through the Co Creation Circular Hub, we connect businesses with local women, young people and vulnerable groups to find creative new uses for discarded materials, turning waste into useful products and potential new business ideas.
